DayTona Terms and Conditions
The rules that govern your account, deposits and bonus play with DayTona, written out in plain English.
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 19, 2026
These terms apply to every player who registers a DayTona account. Read them alongside our Bonus, Payments and Responsible Gaming pages before you deposit.
Who can hold a DayTona account
You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit or play at DayTona. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any point, and we will restrict or close an account where we cannot confirm eligibility. One account per person, per household and per payment method is permitted unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You confirm you are 18 or over and legally permitted to gamble in your location
- You provide accurate name, address and date of birth details at registration
- You keep your login details private and notify us of any unauthorised access
- You are playing with your own funds, not on behalf of a third party
- You accept that gambling outcomes are random and no result can be guaranteed
Bonus terms in brief
New players can claim a welcome package with a deposit match and free spins on selected slots. This summary sits alongside the full terms, wagering requirements and eligible games listed on our Bonus page, and it does not replace them. T&Cs apply to every bonus, promotional credit and free spin offer, including maximum bet limits while a bonus is active and time limits for clearing wagering requirements.
- Bonus funds and free spin winnings are separate from your cash balance until wagering is complete
- Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution or from bonus play entirely
- We may withhold bonus winnings where multiple accounts, bonus abuse or contradictory terms are found
- Withdrawing your cash balance before wagering is finished can forfeit any remaining bonus funds
- Promotions may be withdrawn or amended for new players at any time, with existing claims honoured
Payments, currency and account balances
DayTona accounts are held and displayed in GBP. Deposits can be made using Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut or cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether, as set out on our Payments page. Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, any conversion is applied at the rate set by your card issuer, bank or wallet provider, not by DayTona.
| Area | What the terms cover |
|---|---|
| Deposits | Minimum and maximum deposit limits, accepted methods, processing times |
| Withdrawals | Identity checks, processing windows and any withdrawal limits per method |
| Currency | Balances shown in GBP, conversion handled by your payment provider |
| Refunds | Reversal of a deposit only where required by law or agreed in writing |
We run identity and payment checks before processing withdrawals. This can include confirming the name on your account matches the name on the payment method used, and asking for supporting documents where a transaction pattern needs review. These checks protect your funds and help us meet our own compliance obligations.
Licensing and company details
DayTona's current licensing status and registered company details are published in the site footer, and that footer text is the accurate source, not any marketing page. Please confirm this information there before you play. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the site should be read as a claim that DayTona holds a specific gambling licence unless the footer states otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new games, payment methods or legal requirements. Where a change materially affects your account, we will give notice through the site or by email where one is on file. Continued use of your account after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
